Training and maintenance
Our company provides lifelong free online technical training. After installation and debugging are completed, your technicians can come to our company to the company's domestic training and maintenance center participates in technical training until the technicians can basically use the equipment normally.
Basic knowledge and principles of laser light sources:
1. Construction, operation and maintenance of laser light sources;
2. Electrical principles, CNC system operation, programming and general fault diagnosis;

After-sales service
1. The quality guarantee period of the cutting machine is 2 years from the date of production. If there is a quality problem with the equipment during the warranty period, our engineers will guide the user online and confirm the problem. After confirmation by the after-sales department, if replacement parts are needed, we will send them free of charge. However, this excludes damage caused by dust contamination inside the cutting head, damage to the optical cable, QBH output head, and damage of laser source caused by condensation or internal ice.
2. Damage caused by general consumables (such as optical lenses, cutting tips, etc.) and accidents are not covered by the warranty.
3. Dapeng Laser provides lifelong free technical consultation and online guidance services. If on-site training, debugging, and maintenance work are required, we can provide the contact information of the local cooperative agent, and the customer can communicate directly to confirm the service and quote; if our company needs to arrange an engineer to the site, the customer needs to bear the round-trip air ticket cost of the engineer, local food and accommodation Cost, labor cost 200$/day.
